Because we are consistently updating
our construction costs, RDA can advise a client as to potential
new construction costs prior to obtaining any estimates from
individual contractors.
This can be useful for clients who wish
to study the financial impact of a potential project and how
it might affect their future reserves without spending the unnecessary
time it would take in developing specifications and meeting with
contractors. A Board of Directors can then make an informed decision
on whether or not to embark on a potentially costly endeavor
well in advance of expensive research and plan specifications.
