This program provides detailed maintenance information along with schedules for preventative and major maintenance items. These include general maintenance guidelines regarding the ordinary and necessary maintenance, repair, replacement and/or restoration of the associations common areas.
The preventive maintenance program set forth suggested minimum maintenance levels, recommend intervals for regularly scheduled maintenance items and recommended scope of maintenance practices and procedures.
